This handsome young cat transferred to AARCS from an organization on the West Coast! He was found as a stray, and they quickly discovered he has a big issue: Burt has a significant heart murmur. The worst you can have, in fact, at grade 6/6.
He needs further assessment of his heart to find out what's causing the murmur and if there's anything we can do to help it. We know that sweet Burt will have a shorter than average lifespan due to the murmur, but we want to make sure he gets to have a great life in whatever amount of time he has.
Burt needs an echocardiogram to determine what the structural deficiencies in his heart are and if we can treat him. Can you help us give this little lovebug a chance to live a life filled with love?
