Marvin, a brave little kitten, came into our care battling a severe Upper Respiratory Infection (URI) that left us heartbroken, thinking he might be blind. His third eyelid has adhered to his eyelids, keeping his eyes closed, and he also has a large central ulcer and corneal edema. Despite these challenges, Marvin surprised us by chasing toys, showing signs that he may still have some vision!
We are working to treat his URI, but the damage to his eyes is severe, and he may need surgery to remove one or both eyes. We are hopeful that with your support, we can help Marvin see the world—or at least live a pain-free, happy life.
Please donate to give this playful, loving kitten the care he desperately needs!
Email updates showing Marvin's progress will be provided to those who donate towards his care.
Care requirements include ongoing treatment for URI, recurrent veterinary exams to monitor progress, isolation due to infectious nature of illness, possible enucleation surgery, and daily care until Marvin is ready for adoption.
If the amount raised for Marvin exceeds his cost of care, funds will help other animals in need.
Please note that when donating to more than one animal, your credit card may be flagged for unusual activity. We recommend waiting a few minutes between transactions to prevent this error. Thank you for your patience!
