Meet January, a quiet 3-month-old puppy who has faced unbelievable challenges in her short life. This little one came into our care with an old injury to her back leg, which has unfortunately started to heal incorrectly. January is in pain and unable to put weight on the injured leg consistently.

After careful evaluation, including x-rays and observing her mobility, our veterinary team has determined that amputation is January's best option for a pain-free future. Removing the damaged leg will allow her to recover quickly and adapt to life as a happy, healthy, three-legged pup.

You can be January's hero! Your donation will go directly towards her surgery, follow-up care and pain management as she heals. With your generosity, January can leave her past behind and embrace a future full of love, play, and endless tail wags.

Email updates showing January's progress will be provided to those who donate towards her care.

Care requirements include x-rays, amputation surgery, pain management, follow-up veterinary appointments, vaccinations, spay surgery and daily care until January is ready for adoption.

If the amount raised for January exceeds her cost of care, funds will help other animals in need.

Please note that when donating to more than one animal, your credit card may be flagged for unusual activity. We recommend waiting a few minutes between transactions to prevent this error. Thank you for your patience!
