Sweet young kitty Cockatoo has been living with painful, itchy ears caused by polyps deep in both ears. Despite our veterinary team's attempts, the polyps couldn’t be removed – and x-rays showed changes to the bulla (the bony structure containing her middle ears).
After exhausting all of our in-house treatment options, our veterinary team determined that Cockatoo needs specialist surgery called a Ventral Bulla Osteotomy (VBO) in both ears. This procedure will clean out the affected tissue and remove the polyps, but seeing a specialist comes at a significant cost.
Cockatoo is only a year old, and she deserves to live a long, happy life without constant pain. Can you help her get the surgery she needs to thrive?

Care requirements include x-rays, ear medications, two VBO surgeries with a specialist, vaccinations, spay surgery and daily care until Cockatoo is ready for adoption.
If the amount raised for Cockatoo exceeds her cost of care, funds will help other animals in need.
