Unlike her namesake, the cold does bother our little Elsa. This sweet kitten was found outside, all alone in the bitter Alberta winter – cold, starving, and in need of help. She was painfully thin and with severe frost bite damage to her tail and front paws. 

Now safe and warm at AARCS, Elsa is getting the care she needs. First, she needs pain meds and antibiotics. Then, she'll undergo surgery to amputate her tail and spay her, so that she can be ready to find a little magic.

Will you help little Elsa trade a cold, isolated life for one filled with the warmth and love of a family? You can be the reason she finds the fairy tail ending every animal deserves!

Email updates showing Elsa's progress will be provided to those who donate towards her care. 

Care requirements include tail amputation, spay surgery, vaccinations, follow-up veterinary care and daily care until Elsa is ready for adoption. 

If the amount raised for Elsa exceeds her cost of care, funds will help other animals in need.
