UPDATE NOV 20: Bean, Huey and Pugsley are all being hospitalized today with positive parvovirus tests. We are up to 12 puppies needing round-the-clock care.
UPDATE NOV 19: Three more puppies, Vivian, Margot and Alfie, have now tested positive. That brings us to nine puppies in the hospital fighting for their lives. Your donations are crucial to ensuring each of these pups gets the care they need to have a fighting chance. Please give today.
UPDATE NOV 17: Two more puppies, Dorothy and Brooks, have now tested positive and are being hospitalized.
This week, our worst fears came true. Not one, not two, but four young puppies have been hospitalized with parvovirus, a potentially deadly disease. These pups are now in a fight for their lives.
We will do everything in our power to help these babies pull through, but we can’t do it alone. Hospitalization for one puppy will cost thousands... and we have four to care for and more on watch.
Montgomery, Paddington, Holland and Madison are counting on kindness right now. If you can help, please consider sending a donation towards their medical care.
Email updates showing the puppies' progress will be provided to those who donate towards their care.
Care requirements include hospitalization, IV medication administration, repeated bloodwork daily, medication, personal protective equipment, time spent in isolation and medication administration by a vet or tech and daily care until the puppies are cleared for adoption.
If the amount raised for these puppies exceeds the combined cost of their care, funds will help other animals in need.
Please note that when donating to more than one animal, your credit card may be flagged for unusual activity. We recommend waiting a few minutes between transactions to prevent this error. Thank you for your patience!
