At just 4 months old, Rina should be spending her days playing, exploring and learning all about how to be a dog – but instead, this sweet pup is facing some tough challenges.
Rina is suffering from demodex mange, a skin condition that’s left her with dry, crusty, and painfully itchy skin all over her tiny body. On top of that, her skin is infected, making her even more uncomfortable, AND she's being treated for a respiratory infection. She’s currently receiving medicated baths and antibiotics to soothe her skin, relieve her cough and runny nose and help her heal.
That’s not all. Rina has a malocclusion, meaning her teeth aren’t aligning the way they should as she grows. Right now, we’re trying a special “ball therapy” technique, where Rina chews on a ball that’s just the right size to help guide her teeth into place. But if it doesn’t work, she’ll need dental surgery to remove problematic teeth.
With your help, we can give little Rina the medical care she needs to heal and to grow into the playful puppy she’s meant to be. Can you be her hero?

Care requirements include medicated baths, antibiotics, possible dental extractions, spay surgery, vaccinations and daily care until Rina is ready for adoption.
